* At the moment, we only ship to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Austria, and Italy.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding public holidays.

Your order will be handled by our transport partner Sendcloud and shipped by PostNL. Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address.

Where can I track my parcel? 

Every parcel we send out has a tracking number, which will be sent to you via a separate email once your package has been checked in by our transport partner Sendcloud.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Bancontact and KBC/CBC Payment Button.

Can I get an invoice?

Your order confirmation with all details will be sent to you by email.

Where are your garments produced?

Our clothing is produced in Turkey, meeting high quality standards.

What does ‘limited edition’ mean?

Many of our items are temporarily available and in limited edition.
