Welcome to the Mystiek Productions Shipping & Returns information page. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders and how returns are handled.

Shipping Information

1. Shipping times
At the moment, we only ship to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Austria, and Italy. Shipping times are always estimates.

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding public holidays. Your order will be handled by our shipping partner PostNL. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. Mystiek Productions is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If returned, reshipping fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in the original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads (music files, digital art, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. Return Process

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email us at shop@mystiekproductions.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return

 You will receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Return

Items must be securely packaged. We recommend using tracked mail to ensure safe delivery.

Step 3 – Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Mystiek Productions is not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refunds

Refund Conditions

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except where required by law)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check the tracking information
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • If the issue persists, contact us at shop@mystiekproductions.nl

We will assist you in locating the package, but we cannot refund or replace items lost due to carrier errors unless otherwise stated.
