• All prices are listed in Euro’s and include VAT depending on local regulations.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods include: Apple Pay, iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact and KBC/CBC Payment Button.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the designated payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
• Mystiek Productions is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Items such as digital downloads, gift cards, and customized products are non-refundable.

6.2 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

6.3 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• All content on the website—including logos, designs, music-related branding, text, graphics, and images—are the intellectual property of Mystiek Productions or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
